Depositary Officer
As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of Alternative Investment Funds with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily operational tasks to guarantee Alternative Investment Funds comply with regulatory requirements;
* Monitor cash flows and oversee NAV Oversight and Investor Activity Oversight to ensure seamless operations;
* Verify the existence and ownership of assets to safeguard them from any potential risks;
* Organize tasks efficiently and complete work to a high standard within deadlines;
* Conduct analysis and controls to mitigate risks associated with depositary services and protect our clients' interests;
* Act as a point of contact for clients and internal/external parties, communicating confidently and effectively;
* Prepare Depositary Reporting and attend Board Meetings to ensure transparency and accountability;
* Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service and support our clients' needs.
Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law is preferred but not mandatory;
* A strong interest in the Financial Sector, particularly Private Equity and Real Estate Industry, is essential;
* Relevant experience in the field (0-2 years) is beneficial but not required;
* Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is necessary;
* Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential;
* Able to work in a small structure with autonomy and attention to detail;
* Dynamic communication skills and team spirit are crucial for success;
* Capacity to build strong client relationships and take initiative when appropriate.
