#We are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead and evolve the marketing and communications strategy across the organization. This role will play a key part in building global brand presence, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving impactful internal and external messaging.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bremen, Germany.
✨ Strategic Communications:
Design and implement communication strategies across all internal departments and global initiatives
Collaborate closely with PR and media teams to build a unified corporate message
Lead a team of communication specialists and event managers for global live, virtual, and hybrid events
Serve as communications advisor to the leadership team and executive stakeholders
Marketing Leadership:
Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals
Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets
Digital Marketing & Content:
Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content strategy
Manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across channels (web, social, print, etc.)
Manage sponsorships, media collaborations, and event marketing initiatives
Student Recruitment:
Design and execute targeted campaigns to boost student enrollment and retention
Partner with the admissions team on outreach strategies and data-driven improvements
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Fluency in English (German is a plus)
Proven experience in leading global communications and marketing initiatives
Expertise in digital marketing tools and performance analytics
Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute across platforms and audiences
