About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic
Director of Marketing and Communications
to lead and evolve the marketing and communications strategy across the organization. This role will play a key part in building global brand presence, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and driving impactful internal and external messaging.

.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Communications:
* Design and implement communication strategies across all internal departments and global initiatives
* Collaborate closely with PR and media teams to build a unified corporate message
* Lead a team of communication specialists and event managers for global live, virtual, and hybrid events
* Manage all aspects of media relations, influencer outreach, and public messaging
* Serve as communications advisor to the leadership team and executive stakeholders
Marketing Leadership:
* Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, target audiences, and growth opportunities
* Create and manage annual marketing plans and budgets
* Oversee brand consistency and voice across all platforms and campaigns
Digital Marketing & Content:
* Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content strategy
* Manage the creation of engaging, high-quality content across channels (web, social, print, etc.)
* Analyze performance and ROI using analytics tools and refine strategies accordingly
Partnerships & Outreach:
* Build strategic partnerships to increase brand exposure and market impact
* Manage sponsorships, media collaborations, and event marketing initiatives
Student Recruitment:
* Design and execute targeted campaigns to boost student enrollment and retention
* Partner with the admissions team on outreach strategies and data-driven improvements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Fluency in English (German is a plus)
* Proven experience in leading global communications and marketing initiatives
* Strong track record of building and managing high-performing teams
* Expertise in digital marketing tools and performance analytics
* Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to execute across platforms and audiences
