Your areas of responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a global real estate portfolio database, consolidating architectural, technical, and financial data for strategic decision-making.
* Oversee the implementation and management of facility management services and contracts at the headquarters and across all global locations, ensuring seamless execution at the local level.
* Conduct workplace audits, manage project reporting, and enforce strict cost and performance controls to optimize efficiency and budget management.
* Continuously enhance workplace environments to improve employee experience, operational effectiveness, and productivity.
* Lead sustainability initiatives to align facility management with corporate environmental goals.
* Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and best practices to standardize operations across regions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, suppliers, and service providers, to ensure high-quality facility management services.
* Provide leadership and guidance to facility management teams across different locations.
Your profile of qualification:
* Extensive experience in senior facility management roles, overseeing multiple sites, preferably within FMCG, fashion, retail, or hospitality industries.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale facility operations, contracts, and budgets on a global level.
* Fluency in German and English, with strong proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
* Experience in sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives is a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
