Customer Service Center Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Center Specialist.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Enter orders into the enterprise resource planning system according to customer specifications, including certificates, inspection plans, packaging, and labeling.
* Confirm pricing and delivery dates with product management, sales, and supply chain teams.
* Frequently follow up on contract calls and validity dates, ensuring clients are informed about order status.
* Ensure documents and shipments meet customer requirements.
* Collaborate with the CSC Manager and sales department to follow up on unpaid invoices.
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales Administration, Economics, or Business.
* First experience in customer service is beneficial.
* Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems is a significant asset.
* Fluency in French, English, and German.
* Autonomous, well-organized, and a team player with a customer-centric mindset.
