Lead Activation Manager Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Lead Activation Manager. This position involves driving activation campaigns and initiatives across customer bases, creating and implementing activation visions, and defining best-in-class execution at the Point of Buying.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage category teams to understand channel/customer/shopper requirements, benefits, and timelines
* Develop campaign plans based on brand activation strategies, by category and retailer
* Understand key drivers of purchase, shopper dynamics, and trends, and develop account/channel-specific POS materials and digital activation means
* Track and evaluate activity versus plan, recommending improvements and insights for future strategy development
* Lead the activation team, guide, coach, and develop team members, drive engagement and process efficiency
Requirements and Qualifications
* University degree in a related field required
* 10 years of professional experience in commercial FMCG roles
* Strong leadership and influencing skills required
* German and English proficiency is mandatory
* Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and analytical strengths required
