You will provide critical guidance on policy definition, configuration, and operational best practices to enhance network security and reduce the attack surface.

Key Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise in Akamai Guardicore Segmentation, supporting design and architecture decisions aligned with broader network and security strategies Lead or contribute to the configuration and deployment of Guardicore segmentation policies across the environment Define and refine segmentation policies to enforce least-privilege access and reduce lateral movement risks Provide implementation guidance and hands-on support throughout deployment phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Deliver ongoing operational support for the Guardicore platform, including troubleshooting, policy updates, and performance monitoring Collaborate with network architecture and security teams to ensure segmentation solutions integrate effectively with existing infrastructure Where required, this role may be fulfilled in conjunction with Network Architecture responsibilities Profile Demonstrated expertise in Akamai Guardicore Segmentation, including design, configuration, policy management, and operational support Strong understanding of micro-segmentation concepts and zero-trust network security principles Experience working within complex, multi-site enterprise network environments Knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and their interaction with segmentation solutions Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders Fluent in English ; German is a strong advantage Please send your application including a cover letter and detailed CV to or contact us directly at for more information. xniyctf
