As a Professional Sales Agent, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement, generating high-quality leads, and guiding customers through the purchasing journey. Your work directly contributes to revenue growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience and showcasing our premium outdoor-living solutions. What You’ll Do Generate and qualify leads while supporting the full sales process from initial contact to closing. Consult customers with tailored recommendations, emphasizing the value of our premium pergolas and accessories. Coordinate orders and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to purchase. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive additional product awareness and revenue. Conduct competitor and market research to support sales strategy and performance improvements. What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally with high-value products. Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Fluency in French (C2) and English (C1), enabling excellent customer communication. A basic understanding of sales techniques and a strong motivation to develop further.
