Overview Senior Advisory Presales Solution Consultant, CRM – ServiceNow Join our CRM team as a technical consultant who develops, positions, and delivers product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for an assigned territory. What You Get To Do In This Role Support solution sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team in the Transport and Logistics segment Help develop and contribute to sales campaigns focused on CRM Solutions Contribute to and maintain a showcase of CRM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform Lead discovery workshops to determine customers’ business challenges and deliver product demonstrations aligned with customer needs Address product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners, and colleagues Configure demonstration environments to address customer requirements and business issues Deliver product demonstrations to customers in person or via WebEx Provide feedback to product management about enhancements to address customer needs and drive value Share best practices and known solutions with other Solution Consultants Stay current on competitive analyses and differentiators between ServiceNow and competitors Communicate with both business and technical decision makers Respond to RFI/Proposal documents Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, webinars Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings / marketing events Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving 8+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service Management, CRM, or Customer Engagement Experience working on complex deals with Transport and Logistics customers in a matrix team Deep knowledge of and experience building CRM solutions for Enterprise clients within your assigned vertical Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions Strong communication, writing, and presentations in English and German Relationship-building skills with success at developing relationships up to C-level Experience communicating value propositions to both business and technical decision makers Experience collaborating across a complex sales ecosystem with account teams, leadership, product, partners, and services Territory management skills, including pipeline development and driving execution Creative problem-solving with a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and detail-oriented Passion, energy, and drive; willingness to travel as necessary Additional Information Work Personas We approach a distributed work world with flexibility and trust.
