Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences for both onsite and offsite visualizations. Drive projects independently, delivering on time and within budget, and effectively communicate your creative vision to all stakeholders. Act as a brand ambassador by building upon existing corporate identity guidelines and ensuring design quality across a wide variety of formats, from media to print. Apply your expertise in Motion Design, backed by strong technical skills and a creatively driven mindset. Contribute to the team by mentoring colleagues and implementing solutions to improve design capabilities and efficiency. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic, communication, or visual design with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a design studio or in-house team. You have a strong interest in fashion and design and are on the pulse of current fashion, social media, and contemporary cultural trends. You possess a solid understanding of Motion Design and are capable of delivering high-quality 2D animations. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Premiere, After Effects, as well as other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work) are a plus. You are a hands-on designer and problem-solver who can independently drive multiple projects, deliver on time, and translate business objectives into compelling visuals. You possess a proactive, self-starter mindset, with the ability to manage stakeholders, create clarity amid uncertainty, and guide teams through creative challenges. Experience in concept development, brand identity, and a variety of design formats (digital, print, event). Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
