As part of your tasks you will be responsible for the visual and conceptual preparation of (English) content for our global intranet. Further you will select and/or create suitable images or graphics for the texts produced. This also includes the creational support of global lock screen designs. Global Intranet. You will assist in editorial maintenance, performance monitoring, and optimization of our global Intranet. Further you will collaborate with internal experts & stakeholders to support editorial planning and request management for our global intranet. Customer Relationship Management. You will support our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) with regular maintenance work like data management in HubSpot. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You are currently in your studies in the field of marketing or (corporate) communications and have a very good command of Microsoft Office, WordPress, Elementor and Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). A prior introduction to HubSpot or the likely is advantageous. You demonstrate a creative mindset with a passion for website design and content editing in English and German. Fluent level of German and English is required. You pay high attention to detail and are able to work independently. Your well-organized and detail-oriented working style is complemented by your strong ability to quickly grasp complex contexts and process them in a comprehensible manner.
