Hall 9 at the Bremen plant is characterized by the complex production of various Mercedes-Benz brand models. In order to be able to map this complexity in automobile assembly, a variety of personnel measures are necessary within the 3-shift system. New process developments and innovative solutions are required within this area in particular in order to be able to meet the challenges of a continuously dynamic (production) world.
The "Chassis 1 and Technical Centers" team is responsible for three assembly lines and all technical centers on the upper floor of Hall 9. Together with you, we want to further develop this varied and exciting area on a daily basis.
The integration of the future BEV models in particular presents us with fundamental challenges as a central contributor to the provision of quantity and quality. In order to master these future challenges together and play a key role in shaping the success of tomorrow, we are working with a motivated team and many great people on the necessary cultural change.
You will face the following challenges:
1. Designing and supporting daily production processes within assembly
2. Analyzing and preparing decision papers
3. Evaluation and preparation of data on technical centers and manual processes
4. Independent problem solving to increase quality and quantity
5. Integration of digital tools and development of innovative processes
6. Process design and implementation in the assembly area
Qualifikationen
7. Degree in production technology, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
8. Proficient in written and spoken German and English
9. Confident handling of MS Office
10. Commitment and ability to work in a team
11. Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
12. Structured thinking
13. Understanding and management of processes
Working hours for working students: in accordance with the laws for working students, max. hours/week during the lecture period and max. hours/week during the lecture-free period.
