Customer Service and Process Enhancement Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our customers in areas such as service requests, call management, part order fulfillment, trade quoting for services and parts, order management (billing) and dispatching of onsite resources.
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with our FSE Management Team and optimize Contact Center contribution to meet customer needs and business objectives.
* Audit Compliance: Ensure compliance with established audit requirements for Call Center processes
* Drive further enhancements and development of used software tools or processes in a global environment
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
* Excellent German and English communication skills
