Global Consumer Lead (m/w/d)

We are looking for a committed and creative Global Consumer Lead (m/f/d) to join our Global Marketing Team. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies based on the needs and desires of our consumers/patients.
These are the tasks for this position:
* Responsibility for portfolio, innovation, and consumer insights: Close collaboration with local marketing and sales functions to ensure a consistent brand experience
* Developing and implementing a strategy that centers consumer needs at the heart of our innovation processes
* Ensuring that our products are available to our customers anytime, anywhere
* Focus on TV commercials and other relevant channels to maximize brand presence
* Development and implementation of global marketing strategies based on comprehensive market and consumer analyses to increase brand awareness and loyalty
* Monitoring existing products and innovation management for the successful market launch of new products
* Using market analysis and technological trends to identify new business opportunities
* Conducting analyses to gain deeper insights into the needs and behaviors of our consumers
These are the requirements you should meet:
* Graduated in marketing, business administration, or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in consumer insights and media is a prerequisite; ideally, you also have in-depth knowledge of innovation management or product development, preferably in the consumer goods industry
* Strong analytical skills and experience in performing market analyses
* Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions
* Team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills in German and English
