1. Support the preparation of presentations and teaching materials to disseminate project findings.
2. Support grant writing and literature research
3. Support administrative tasks, qualitative data analysis, and report writing connected with the group’s projects.
4. Enrolled student at Heidelberg University (until at least March 31, 2027) with at least four completed semesters, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (, public health, psychology, medicine, anthropology, sociology, international development)
5. Good proficiency (at least C1) in both German and English; other languages are an asset; Experience in graphic design and video production is an asset
6. Previous experience with (global) health research, systematic reviews, or (qualitative) data analysis is an asset; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of literature software (, EndNote, Citavi Covidence), data analysis software (, Nvivo, MaxQDA, R, Python, SPSS), or graphical software (, Adobe Suite, DaVinci resolve) is an asset
8. Living in Heidelberg or nearby, with the ability to come to the office once per week or at regular intervals
9. Hours: 20-30h/month, depending on interest and availability
10. Duration: 6-12 months, with potential extension
11. Flexible work schedule, with potential for remote work arrangements. Opportunities for mobile working are given in accordance with the regulations of the Heidelberg University Hospital
