Client Description:
Manpower is looking for a Back Office Analyst / Transaction Processing and Management Officer for one of its clients operating in the banking sector, located in Luxembourg, as part of a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:
* Perform end-of-process controls on borrowing, derivatives, and treasury instruments based on the four-eye principle
* Ensure EMIR regulatory reporting
* Control and monitor coupon fixings for financial instruments
* Carry out verification and validation tasks for money market operations
* Perform securities verification and validation
* Conduct derivatives verification and validation checks
* Manage the sending and control of SWIFT messages
* Ensure accuracy, traceability, and documentation of transactions in internal systems
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of back-office processes and support digital transformation initiatives
Candidate Profile:
Your profile:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a bank or financial institution, ideally in a Back Office or Middle Office role
* Experience with financial instruments such as bonds, derivatives, FX, and money market instruments
* Hands-on experience in treasury operations, banking operations, or financial markets
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* Very good knowledge of Excel; experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Wall Street Suite, ION) is a plus
* Basic knowledge of SWIFT standards (ISO20022)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
* Openness to process improvements and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions
* Very good command of English
