We are looking for a commercially minded and impactful, yet humble and people-driven, Regional Sales Director.You will take a hands-on approach in managing and developing your team of Account Executives and one SDR. The focus is on driving deal reviews, improving forecast accuracy, enabling strong deal management, and coaching the team to success. In addition, you will actively support your team by joining and helping to close complex deals.Reporting to the CRO, you will help us establish and drive success across your region as we continue to scale our Field teams over the remainder of 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate will already be a successful sales leader, with a passion for getting things done and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
