As a Sales / Customer Service Clerk, you are primarily responsible for ensuring that our customers can rely on us.With your structured and service-oriented approach, you ensure that inquiries, quotes, and orders are processed smoothly and professionally – creating a positive customer experience.
Your tasks:
* Providing expert customer support in writing and verbally during the inquiry, quotation, and order stages
* Preparing customer quotations, including sales price calculations, taking the competitive landscape into account
* Technical and commercial processing of customer orders
* Communicating regarding scheduling optimizations and delays
* After-sales services – communicating and managing complaints/returns
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Creating a positive customer experience through our services
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training
* Experience in customer service or sales
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written), Arabic language skills are a plus, but not required
* Strong customer focus
* Intercultural competence and teamwork skills
* Excellent time management skills and strong communication and coordination abilities
