Your tasks – Achieve impact, build trust
* You will support specialists (orthopedics, osteology, ophthalmology) in private practices as well as in clinics.
* You will organize and conduct medical training sessions for doctors and nursing staff.
* You will represent STADA at relevant congresses and strengthen our visibility.
* You will convince your target groups with expertise, empathy, and sales skills.
* You will manage your territory independently with a clear focus on our goals.
* You will document your activities systematically in the CRM system.
Your profile – Expertise meets commitment
* You meet the requirements of § 75 AMG (pharmaceutical representative) or have a degree in natural sciences or a license as a doctor or pharmacist.
* You bring at least three years of relevant professional experience in a medical environment – ideally in medical-scientific field service, in the specialist or clinic sector. Experience in the biosimilars field is an advantage.
* You are familiar with specialist structures and ideally have contacts in the fields of orthopedics, osteology, or ophthalmology.
* You act strategically, empathetically, and convincingly – from the first conversation to the conclusion.
* You think strategically, develop targeted revenue strategies, and impress with presentation skills and negotiation expertise.
* Your are fluent in German and hold a drivers license for Germany
