Key Account Manager- Fitness Equipment Manufacturer Bayern/Bavaria, South Germany (Remote/Field-Based) €45,000 - €56,000 Uncapped Commission (OTE ~ €80,000) Company Car (Personal Use) 30 Days Holiday Health Care Fuel Card 6-Month Guaranteed Commission Long-Term Progression Are you looking for an opportunity to represent a globally recognised fitness equipment manufacturer? Do you have a background in building long-term customer relationships and driving regional sales growth? I am currently representing a well-known name in the fitness industry that has been selling gym equipment for over 50 years. They are looking to expand across Europe and are looking for a new Key Account Manager to cover one of their regions in Bayern/Bavaria to work within a very lucrative market. They are a great company, with the average person staying for 15-20 years! In this role, you will be working remotely, travelling around your region to build relationships with potential customers such as hotels, and local gyms to sell equipment to. There are a lot of established accounts as well, that you will be maintaining relationships with. You will have the opportunity to progress into more senior positions on a performance-based progression structure with the chance to move into leadership in the future! The successful candidate will have Customer facing, Business Development experience, they will be personable and bring strong communication skills in both English and German. They will benefit from training from their Direct Sales leader from Germany who will travel to assist you in the beginning! You will be joining a great company that has been operating for over 50 years, in a stable, yet growing industry, in an exciting position with uncapped commission and huge potential for progression!
