Job Description Drive optimization and growth ideas based on data to provide the best customer experience throughout the conversion path with one of the focus being the Autohero mobile app’s user journey. Define new features and functionality in A/B tests in close collaboration with Customer Journey Analysts, Product Managers and the Design Team. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and optimize the user journey of the designated area with the help of Google Analytics and other internal tracking tools. Take responsibility for projects from ideation to launch guaranteeing an optimal user experience in collaboration with a group of cross-functional experts.
