Your tasks
8. Supporting the production department through root cause analysis and sustainable troubleshooting by adapting the upstream and downstream process steps
9. Responsibility, provision and further development of the PBF-LB/M technology for the repair of gas turbine blades. Reporting
10. Renewal of the portfolio through planning and implementation of product and process qualifications, in cooperation with the interfaces supply chain management, product development, technology experts of the upstream and downstream steps of the refurbishment process chain
11. Implementation of improvement projects in production
12. Provision of work equipment for production, e.g. CAD/CAM objects, interfaces to IT systems, specifications
systems, specifications, work instructions, training documents
13. Advising product developers with regard to production-oriented product design
14. Opportunity to develop new processes and industrialization, including co-design of the production portfolio at the site
Your profile
15. Successfully completed university studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, design, (quality management) or a comparable qualification
16. At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
17. Experience in PBF-LB/M technology, ideally with high-temperature materials for gas turbine blades
18. Knowledge of tools for industrial additive manufacturing production technologies with skills in CAD, CAM software, optical geometric metrology and 3D scanning and measurement software
19. Ideally knowledge of the testing and analysis procedures of materialography, powder metallurgy and laser processing technology of nickel-based superalloys, demonstrating a deep understanding and quality awareness
20. Proactive communication and work ethic to achieve the organization's goals
21. Proficient in the use of common MS Office products and ideally experience in SAP
22. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
