We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist (f/m/d) for our EDS Business Unit in our German Headquarter in Wuppertal.
Your role:
1. Execute all employee life cycle processes within HR Operation systems including hiring, on-boarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations in the aligned geography
2. Prepare and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy before submission to ADP
3. Manage registrations and changes to group life insurance, health insurance programs and other employee benefits (to be removed in case of separate position)
4. Solving HR data related issues for end users
5. Ensure data quality, validation, and governance throughout the HR systems
6. Partner with Payroll provider with documentation for HR processes and procedures
7. Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy
8. Implement and enforce data standards and best practices
9. Generate ad-hoc reports for HR teams and leadership as needed
10. Coordinate data privacy compliance across HR functions
11. Support data-driven decision making through accurate and timely reporting
12. Manage user access controls and security protocols
13. Collaborate with other HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation
14. Actively participate in regional and global HR projects
15. Support periodic system updates, testing, and implementation of new features
16. Execute assigned tasks in compliance with corporate quality systems and legal regulations within aligned countries
Your background:
17. Min 5+ years of experience administering ADP Payroll and Workday
18. Deep knowledge in the areas of: labour law, social security, income tax
19. Strong knowledge of multiple Workday modules
20. Experience supporting HR processes
21. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
22. Communication skills in English and German, both written and verbal
23. Ability to create relations and cooperate with people
24. Great communication skills
25. Ability to work effectively under time pressure
26. Ability to organize own work
27. Computer skills - MS Office
