# Pursue advanced design methodology by utilizing numerical design methods and generative design techniques to optimize part performance and efficiency.
# Lead the concept design and engineering of Body-in-White (BIW) components from initial concept through to production, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, weight, and structural integrity requirements.
# Perform structural analysis and testing to ensure the robustness and reliability of BIW components.
# Drive process optimization efforts to improve manufacturing quality, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency.
# Coordinate across departments and collaborate with CN hardware teams to ensure seamless and efficient project execution across regions.
【Key Qualifications】
# Design and engineering skills with expert use of CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE for 3D modelling and design.
# Generative design experience with hands-on application of generative design tools and methodologies.
# Series development experience in mass production projects, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and lightweight BIW structures.
# Manufacturing and materials expertise across a range of processes and materials including metals, composites, and advanced alloys.
# At least 8 years of professional experience in Body-in-White (BIW) engineering within the automotive industry.
