Wir suchen ab sofort einen versierten System Engineer (Mensch*) mit dem Schwerpunkt WLAN. Gemeinsam mit Moein, Erika und deinem Team betreust du die Network Services für unsere Kunden als Spezialist im Bereich WLAN.
FOLGENDE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH
* Du nimmst Kundenanforderungen auf und entwickelst daraus technische Konzepte für WiFi-Lösungen
* Du planst und führst WiFi-Ausleuchtungen vor Ort beim Kunden oder remote durch und analysierst die Daten
* Im Rollout und Betrieb von WLAN-Netzwerken sowie bei der Fehleranalyse bringst du dein Know-how aktiv ein
* Bei der Auswahl neuer Technologien und Produkte wirkst du mit und hilfst dabei, unsere Services weiterzuentwickeln
WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST
* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Netzwerktechnik
* Solide praktische Erfahrung im Betrieb und Aufbau von Netzwerkumgebungen mit Fokus auf WiFi
* Gute Kenntnisse in WiFi-Technologien (WiFi 4, 5, 6) sowie Erfahrung im Design und Sizing von WLAN-Netzwerken
* Verständnis von TCP/IP, Netzwerkprotokollen und VoIP sowie sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
* Bereitschaft, gelegentlich für WLAN-Ausleuchtungen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort unterwegs zu sein (ca. 10 %)
* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1/B2)

We are now looking for an experienced System Engineer (Human*) with a focus on WiFi. Together with Moein, Erika and your team, you will support the network services for our customers as a specialist in the area of WiFi.
THE FOLLOWING TASKS AWAIT YOU
* You take customer requirements and use them to develop technical concepts for WiFi solutions
* You plan and carry out WiFi surveys on site at the customer's premises or remotely and analyze the data
* You will actively contribute your expertise to the rollout and operation of WiFi networks and error analysis
* You will be involved in the selection of new technologies and products and help to further develop our services
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU
* A degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with a focus on network technology
* Solid practical experience in operating and setting up network environments with a focus on WiFi
* Good knowledge of WiFi technologies (WiFi 4, 5, 6) as well as initial experience in designing and sizing WiFi networks
* Understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols and VoIP as well as confident use of Microsoft Office
* Willingness to occasionally travel directly to the customer's site for WIFI rollouts (approx. 10%)
* Good knowledge of German and English (at least B1/B2)
