Siereportendirekt an den NeustadtLogisticsManager. Ihre Hauptaufgaben sind:
1. Frachtgutschriften in SAP erstellen; eingehende Frachtrechnungen prüfen und anerkennen (ServiceNow)
2. Frachtangebote einholen und vergleichen
3. Beschaffung und Archivierung von Ausfuhrbescheinigungen für Steuerzwecke
4. Erstellen von Langzeit-Lieferantenerklärungen gemäß Kundenanforderung
5. Controlling und Abrechnung des Logistik-Dienstleisters
6. Bearbeitung von Zollthemen (Einfuhr/Ausfuhr)
7. Bestellung von Verbrauchsmaterialien
8. Retourenabwicklung
Ihr Profil
9. Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
10. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
11. Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Einfuhr/Ausfuhr
12. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie einen pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsstil

Your Contribution to Prysmian’s Success
We are looking for a Logistic Specialist to strengthen our team in Neustadt, Coburg.
You will report directly to the Neustadt Logistics Manager. Your main responsibilities include:
21. Create freight credits in SAP; review and approve incoming freight invoices (ServiceNow)
22. Obtain and compare freight quotes
23. Procurement and archiving of export certificates for tax purposes
24. Create long-term supplier declarations according to customer requirements
25. Controlling and billing of thelogisticsservice provider
26. Handling customs matters (import/export)
27. Order consumables
28. Manage returns
Your Profile
29. You have commercial training or many years of experience in this field
30. Very goodEnglish skills, both spoken and written
31. Basic knowledge in import/export
32. You impress withstrong communicationskills, initiative, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
33. You enjoy working in a team
