KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Service Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join a dynamic team where you will take the lead in driving opportunity development and managing the bidding and tendering processes for service project offerings, including Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) for stationary battery energy storage projects. You will play a pivotal role in a global, multicultural environment, collaborating with customers and internal teams to present technical concepts, explain benefits, and build strong relationships. By structuring opportunities and developing tailored tenders, you will ensure that customer requirements are met effectively, making a significant impact on our service BESS products.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Collaborate closely with account and sales teams to create market-leading service offers for BESS tenders
5. Develop growth opportunities for the sales pipeline by engaging with new and existing customers alongside global stakeholders
6. Lead the preparation of service tenders in alignment with EPC, regional entities, engineering, suppliers, and legal experts
7. Manage the tender approval process, escalating critical issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
8. Negotiate and manage contracts, transforming opportunities into signed agreements with satisfied customers
9. Optimize service offerings, including O&M, digitalization services, and performance guarantees, based on customer needs
What You Bring
10. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business,, or a related field
11. At least 4 years of experience in technical sales, bidding, and tendering within the utility-scale battery energy storage industry
12. Knowledge of stationary battery storage systems, technologies, and components, including batteries and power conversion systems
13. A solid understanding of service offerings, including LTSAs and commercial requirements
14. Proficiency in German and English, with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
15. A solution-oriented, customer-centric mindset with the ability to prioritize complex tasks in a global environment
