The role involves:
* Maintaining and operating automated welding equipment
* Preparing components for assembly by grinding, cleaning, and positioning
* Assembling parts according to drawings and work instructions, with optional use of fixtures
* Setting up welding parameters according to work instructions and welding procedures
* Operating and monitoring automated welding machines and robots
* Inspecting welds for quality and accuracy, and documenting work steps while adhering to safety and environmental regulations
You will bring:
* A successful apprenticeship or equivalent qualification as a welder (m/f/d), mechanical engineer (m/f/d), or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
* Initial experience in the profession as a welder (m/f/d)
* Attention to detail and thoroughness
* Technical understanding and safe handling of drawings and plans
* Williness to work shifts (three-shift operation)
* Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
