This is your job:
Our websites are the digital face of the Group – and most of them run on Webflow. To further develop, maintain, and continuously improve them, we are looking for you: a Web Designer / Frontend Developer (m/f/d) with a focus on Webflow.
* Design and implementation of Webflow websites and landing pages.
* Further development of existing pages: modules, templates, animations, interactions.
* Responsive web design – optimization for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
* Implementation of designs from Figma into the Webflow CMS.
* Support in technical SEO measures (performance, loading speed, structure).
* Contribution to UX/UI and conversion optimization concepts.
* Close collaboration with design, marketing, and copywriting teams.
* Bringing ideas and inspiration for new trends and technologies in web design.
Your profile:
* 2–3 years of professional experience in web design / frontend development.
* Solid knowledge of Webflow (CMS structures, modules, interactions).
* Good knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus).
* Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
* Strong sense of UX/UI design and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
* Independent, reliable, and structured way of working.
* Very good English skills, French or German is a plus.
Nice to have:
* SEO know-how & experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or Matomo.
* Experience with image editing (e.g. Photoshop, Canva).
* Basic knowledge in responsive design, PHP or MySQL.
