Job Description
To expand our company we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Field Service Engineer (M/W/D) for our LIFE CYCLE SERVICES department.
You will be based in Dusseldorf, Germany and report to the Field Service Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Technical field service for Rockwell Automation and 3rd party products.
2. Develop and implement new technologies to increase plant productivity.
3. Work individually on small project and work in a team on big projects. On-site and Off-site.
4. Support presales tasks.
5. Consult and present technical solutions to customers.
6. Share knowledge with our customers.
7. Build good customer relationships.
8. Promote all Rockwell Automation "Life Cycle Service" products and services.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
9. Degree in automation technology, information technology, electrical engineering or similar.
10. Affinity for IT technologies and IT networks.
11. 1+ years of experience in programming and commissioning of industrial automation solutions.
12. Proficiency in English and German.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
13. Experience with Rockwell Automation software and our products.
