About the company
1. The assignment takes place at a leading international financial institution with more than 90,000 employees worldwide, a presence in 60 countries and over 1,200 locations, representing stability, international reach and excellent client service
Responsibilities
2. Supporting employees and managers with HR-related inquiries via phone and in writing
3. Advising on employee lifecycle processes and digital HR applications
4. Recording, documenting and forwarding requests to relevant internal interfaces and specialist teams
5. Working closely with internal partners and maintaining regular exchange within the team
6. Handling inquiries and complaints, including research and case resolution
Profile
7. Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree
8. Strong customer and service orientation combined with a friendly, professional manner
9. Fluent communication skills in Italian and Spanish, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
10. A structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working
11. Team spirit and an interest in open, respectful collaboration
