We are looking for a (Senior) Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will guide our customers from onboarding their first construction site all the way to a company-wide rollout. As their central point of contact, you will be responsible for their success, building strong and lasting relationships. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Sales and Customer Enablement teams to drive customer growth and continuously improve the customer experience.
As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.
What You Will Be Building
* Guide new customers through onboarding, product setup and training to ensure seamless integration and product adoption
* Lead customer training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations to enhance knowledge and usage of our product
* Conduct regular check-ins to track progress, gather feedback, and align on future objectives
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer engagement with our product
* Oversee customer lifecycle management, continuously identifying areas for improvement and optimization
* Collaborate with different stakeholders to help creating customer success playbooks and resources
* Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including product, sales, and customer enablement
What You Need To Succeed
* 3+ years of experience as customer success manager, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships while being able to drive cross team collaboration
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems while maintaining a customer-centric, proactive approach
* Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts independently, balancing various priorities and customer needs
* Very good English and German skills, Swiss German and French skills would be nice to have
