About the Job
As the Executive Assistant to the Head of IT Germany (m/f/d), you support the respective Global Executive in managing complex tasks by utilizing the distributed content and expertise within the organization. As an Executive Assistant to the Head of IT Germany (m/f/d), you ensure that the wheels are turning smoothly for your Head of IT and the management team. Every day, you have the opportunity to work on exciting, varied, and challenging tasks.
Furthermore, you contribute to the preparation of strategic issues and connect the operational and strategic perspectives. Through your professional and communicative manner, you act as an interface both within and outside the company. Excellent communication skills, self-organization, discipline, high ambition and a strong willingness to perform will assist you in these tasks.
What you do
1. You act as a sparring partner to the assigned Head of IT on relevant strategic and technical topics.
2. You serve as the interface for coordination, communication and collaboration with board members, senior managers, and other relevant stakeholders at all levels within the organization and across organizations as a representative of the Head of IT.
3. Your tasks also include preparing decision templates, presentations, and speeches for the Head of IT.
4. Participation in and/or leading project work on behalf of the Head of IT.
5. Management and handling of daily operational tasks, including reviewing correspondence addressed to the IT leader, researching and preparing information for briefings, etc.
6. You are responsible for the timely execution of important meetings (e.g., management and town hall meetings, as well as business trips) while adhering to quality and budget, including follow-up.
What you bring
7. Successfully completed university degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field of study.
8. Economic and business management knowledge as well as solid IT know-how.
9. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence.
10. Fluent in both German and English.
11. Communicative and confident in your social environment.
12. High level of diligence and self-responsibility.
13. Proficient in using common MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
14. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
