Your Tasks
* Continuous enhancement of Branded Services; alignment with business goals and strategy
* Transparent updates, status reporting, and actionable insights for leadership
* Transformation of customer insights into product improvements; enhancement of reporting with digital tools
* Advanced Excel and BI tool expertise (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); creation, formatting, and maintenance of reports and dashboards; use of pivot tables, formulas, and interactive visualizations
* Analysis and interpretation of structured business data; use of basic/intermediate SQL; trend identification; data quality assurance; support of effective decision-making
* Collaboration with data teams and business stakeholders; data integration; definition of reporting requirements; clear communication of insights to technical and non-technical colleagues
* Definition, rollout, and integration of service products across multiple markets
* Coordination with internal teams and external providers; successful service delivery
* Involvement in international and cross-functional projects; collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
Your Profile
* University degree in Economics, Statistics or similar
* First relevant experience in managing projects, ideally in retail / service environment and Tech
* Knowledge of Reporting & Analytics
* Experience in international and cross functional projects is a plus
* BI tool experience (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong analytical and business expertise
* Commercial understanding, good understanding of marked trends and innovations in the area S&S, focus on customers & results
* Project mangement skills
* Decision making, results-oriented
* Adaptability/ flexibility/ willingness to learn
* Perseverance and performance oriented
* Teamwork
