Lead Senior Consultant — Rehabilitation Medicine (m/w/d) in the Kassel Metropolitan Area

For a well-established rehabilitation clinic with an excellent reputation in the Kassel metropolitan area, we are seeking a Lead Senior Consultant (m/w/d) to join immediately. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. Our agency supports you throughout the entire process free of charge until contract signing.
Your Profile:
* Board certification in one of the following specialties: Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery, or Orthopedics
* Additional qualification in Social Medicine is advantageous; if needed, this can be acquired through us with costs covered
* Comprehensive knowledge of legal and structural requirements in rehabilitation and social medicine, supported by relevant professional experience
* German language skills at least at B2 level
* High social competence and empathy in patient care
* Willingness to take responsibility in a leadership role and actively contribute to the development of the Rheumatology Clinic Bad Wildungen
Your Responsibilities:
* Leadership duties as the permanent deputy of the Chief Consultant, responsible for the entire medical department
* Acting as a contact person for senior, specialist, and assistant physicians, supporting station-related questions
* Promoting continuing education and training of medical staff, considering individual skills
* Contributing significantly to the conceptual development of the clinic, including expanding medical equipment and patient care as well as implementing new training periods for medical staff
* Collaborating with commercial clinic management to ensure sustainable patient occupancy through forward-looking and innovative treatment concepts
* Participating in the recruitment process to fill vacant positions with qualified professionals
* Active involvement in quality management and medical controlling to analyze occupancy-related key figures
* Senior medical care of patients, conducting senior consultant rounds with junior doctors, and actively participating in patient admission and care
* Documentation using advanced clinic software and digital dictation systems
* Facilitating interdisciplinary communication through weekly team meetings
* Planning and performing on-call duties with long-term scheduling and consideration of personal preferences, excluding emergency admissions
