Responsibilities
1. Project Supervision: Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure multi projects are executed according to the design, schedule, and quality standards
2. Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate site teams (handymen), including subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity
3. Health & Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all site personnel, particularly in accordance with Cell Production room specifications
4. Problem Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and implement solutions to mitigate risks or setbacks - and escalate topics to Construction Manager, when needed
Profile
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
6. Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
7. Proficiency in English written and verbal communication is a must - German or Polish is advantageous
8. Strong decision-making skills and get-things-done attitude
9. Proficiency in construction management software and tools (Navisworks, Bluebeam, MS-Office)
