EER Global, a leading international recruitment and headhunting agency headquartered in London, is expanding into Germany. We are looking for an experienced leader to establish and lead our new German branch — and grow into a partner-level role.
Your Responsibilities
* Build and manage the German team from the ground up
* Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals
* Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with EER’s international standards
* Represent EER as a trusted partner and ambassador in the German market
Your Profile
* Proven and relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting – this is a mandatory requirement for the role
* Strong sales and business development track record
* Good understanding of the German recruitment market
* Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with interest in progressing to a partner-level role
