Key Responsibilities for the Document Controller:
* Coordination of all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
* Technical management of document control system/platform (ACC and Procore)
* Quality Assurance check of submitted documentation according to TSP/Client standard
* Monitor due dates of drawings and technical submittal according to milestones
* Management of Request For Information status
* Control the creation and approval of project documents including management of the workflow set-up
* Management of As-built documents with Project/Design team
* Exercise version control where multiple versions of a document are maintained
* Manage storage of documents in a way that facilitates convenient retrieval of a particular document when needed.
* Ensure security and safety of documents with the dual objectives of preventing unauthorized access to documents and allowing recovery from physical damage or loss of documents.
* Generate the various document control reports as required.
* Archive old documents and disposing them at the end of their life.
* Development of document control system
* Reporting review of new document control tools, programs, and platforms
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of Document Control experience, ideally on data centre, pharma, or other critical infrastructure projects
* Fluent German (highly desired) and Good written and spoken English
* Strong understanding and solid experience in sorting, storing and recording all project documentation
* Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records
* Ensure all documents meet QA requirements to both internal and client standards.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document control tools
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, discreet, and confident in working within a high-security and regulated environment
