The Supply chain Assistant supports the head of Supply chain in executing supply chain, warehousing operation and delivery executions to customers and suppliers ,office administration and procurement activities, ensuring materials and products are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time. This role involves administrative tasks, office administration tasks, data entry, coordination with vendors, service providers and cross-functional communication to help maintain an efficient and cost-effective supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in placing and tracking purchase orders with suppliers and vendors.
* Warehouse and stock operation .
* Deliveries execution.
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm availability, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies.
* Support inventory control by updating stock levels and assisting with regular audits.
* Prepare and maintain supply chain documentation, reports, and records.
* Help monitor supplier performance and escalate issues to the Supply Manager.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, warehouse, finance) to align supply needs.
* Assist in cost comparison, supplier evaluation, and contract tracking.
* Provide administrative support such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
* Managing od office administration tasks and office service suppliers.
Requirements:
* BSc diploma in logistics, production engineering, supply chain, or other related diploma.
* Valid working visa or other working permit is a must.
* 1–2 years of administrative or supply chain support experience preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
* Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with procurement or inventory management software.
* Previous experience in logistics, purchasing, or warehouse coordination.
* Basic understanding of supply chain principles.
* Good language skills both in German and English
* Valid driving license would considered as advantage.
