As a Senior System Test Engineer, you will plan, schedule and manage test activities for our complex medical robotics and enabling technologies. Your focus will be on UI and and clinical workflow testing, ensuring that our software solutions are intuitive, reliable, and seamlessly support clinical practices. You will design and implement effective test strategies at module, subsystem and system level, collaborate with outsourced partners and mentor junior engineers. What will you do: Design, implement and maintain test cases for software components of the enabling technologies platform. Drive functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure comprehensive coverage of system software behavior. Execute black box tests, analyze results, and document defects with clear, actionable reports in line with regulatory standards. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team members to define test strategies and scenarios based on requirements. Review and manage requirements and verification test cases in compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and quality standards. Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and results within the Quality Management System. Ensure audit-ready documentation of test cases, results, and verification activities. Communicate testing progress, risks and outcomes to stakeholders. What Youu2019ll Bring Required Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, biomedical engineering, or related field and 2 years of software test experience. Strong knowledge of software and system test strategy, test case development, testing methods and test design techniques Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical documentation and defect reporting. Preferred: Experience with Linux environments (e.g., Ubuntu) and scripting (Python) for test support or data processing. Experience in the medical device field: knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and FDA software validation requirements Experience with an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system Diversity is important to us.
