We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive business growth and success within our organization.
* Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
* Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to secure orders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute regional strategy and meet sales targets.
* Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
* Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings to promote products and services.
Requirements
* Education: Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline.
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Sales and Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers.
* Communication and Interpersonal Competence: Fluent in English (additional skills in German are a plus) and skilled in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization.
* Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities; willingness to travel internationally as required.
