As a Strategic Project & Client Operations Manager, you will work closely with our clients, founders, designers and developers to manage and grow complex website and retainer projects.
Our clients see their website as one of their most important growth assets. Because of that, your role goes far beyond traditional project management.
You will support clients in areas such as:
* website strategy,
* CRO,
* messaging,
* landing pages,
* CMS workflows,
* and long-term website growth.
You will coordinate projects, lead client communication, structure priorities and help turn strategic ideas into execution.
We are looking for someone with a high level of ownership who enjoys learning quickly, solving problems pragmatically and working across many different areas. You do not need to be an expert in everything already — what matters most is that you can think strategically, communicate clearly and figure things out fast.
This role combines project management, client strategy, operations and marketing thinking in one position and offers a steep learning curve with direct exposure to high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
✍ Tasks
* Lead and coordinate complex website and retainer projects for B2B SaaS companies
* Run weekly client calls and act as a strategic point of contact throughout projects
* Translate client feedback into clear next steps for design and development
* Set up project structures, timelines, deliverables and priorities
* Coordinate communication between clients, designers, developers and strategy
* Help clients make decisions around topics like CRO, content structure or CMS workflows
* Plan new website pages, landing pages and growth initiatives together with clients
* Identify project risks early and solve problems pragmatically
* Support account management and long-term client relationships
* Help improve internal operations, processes and project workflows
Your profile
* You have experience in digital projects, marketing, SaaS, SEO, CRO, content, account management or similar fields
* You are a fast learner with a very high level of ownership
* You are highly organized and able to manage many moving parts at the same time
* You communicate confidently with clients and can lead conversations independently
* You think strategically but stay pragmatic in execution
* You are solution-oriented and autonomous
* You are comfortable making decisions in ambiguous situations
* You understand that clients often say one thing but actually need something else - and you know how to navigate that
* You enjoy taking responsibility instead of waiting for instructions
* You are curious and can quickly understand new industries, tools and workflows
* Bonus: Experience with Webflow, CMS systems or website projects
