We are looking for a experienced contract manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and be able to develop strategic concepts for claim management.
In this role, you will work closely with the legal and sales teams to create well-founded recommendations on project-related topics. You will analyze and evaluate contract contents throughout the entire project lifecycle and prepare measures in case of contract breaches. As a central point of contact, you will coordinate internal and external interfaces and support the sales department in communicating with external parties. Additionally, you will build and maintain a secure, transparent document management system including text modules, contract templates, and negotiation guidelines.
Your responsibilities include leading a contract management sales team both professionally and disciplinarily. We expect you to have a university degree in law, economics, business engineering or a comparable qualification. Furthermore, you should bring several years of experience in international contract management, preferably in the automotive or technical sector. You should have sound knowledge in contract law, claim management, and collaboration with legal interfaces. Proficiency in German and English is essential, both in writing and speaking. We value analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a high degree of self-responsibility. Strong communication skills at all levels, particularly when dealing with senior management and international stakeholders, are a must.
