YOUR IMPACT & MISSIONS
As a key member of the legal department, you will have a direct seat at the table, influencing the company's strategic direction:
* Strategic Legal Advisory: Provide high-level guidance to the Executive Committee and operational teams on complex commercial and contract law.
* Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, negotiate, and harmonize a wide array of international commercial agreements (NDAs, partner accords, etc.).
* Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Lead pre-litigation and litigation files in close collaboration with external legal experts.
* Compliance & Regulatory Excellence: Structure internal legal tools and ensure strict adherence to GDPR, KYC, and AML standards.
* Strategic Reporting: Implement comprehensive reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making at the highest level.
YOUR PROFILE
* Education: A Master's degree in Business or Commercial Law.
* Experience: Approx. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar legal function (in-house or law firm).
* Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in French and professional English is essential.
* Mindset: A strong business sense and a "hands-on" operational approach.
* Technical Asset: Prior experience or knowledge in notarial matters is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Proactive, autonomous, and able to thrive in a multi-project environment.
