We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in data engineering or full-stack development, combined with hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-driven applications. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering foundation, understands modern AI tooling, and can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI-powered systems.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver reliable and innovative AI capabilities. The perfect candidate is data-driven, autonomous, and excited about starting projects from scratch.
AI/LLM Development
* Build LLM-powered features such as chatbots, automation agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and workflow assistants.
* Implement evaluation frameworks for LLM-based agents.
Engineering & Integration
* Develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and contribute to deployment workflows (Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure).
* Collaborate with Data Engineering on cloud platforms such as Azure, Databricks, and Airflow.

Compliance & Governance (Optional)
* Experience designing or deploying AI systems in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments, with an understanding of auditability, traceability, and data-privacy obligations.

4-5 years in software engineering, data engineering, or full-stack development.
* Python (required); Node.js/TypeScript (plus).
* Familiarity with the LLM ecosystem (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).
* Data-driven and autonomous, with a passion for starting projects from scratch.
* Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with product, engineering, compliance, and data teams.
* Fluent in English; For non-EU applicants, a valid work and residence permit is a prerequisite for this job position. Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor relocation from outside of the EU at this time.
