These roles offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a high-impact portfolio that supports healthcare professionals and improves patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales performance across the assigned territory, achieving and exceeding commercial targets Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, clinicians, and hospital procurement teams Provide product education, training, and clinical support in surgical and non-surgical settings Identify new business opportunities and support strategic market development initiatives Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, clinical, and technical support Candidate Profile: Proven sales experience within the medical devices industry Background in surgical therapies is preferred but not essential Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently Willingness to travel extensively within the NRW region Fluency in English and German is required.
