The role: As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in helping ZEAL understand, measure, and optimize the performance of our marketing investments. You will combine hands-on modeling expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver insights that drive better decisions, smarter spend, and long-term customer growth. With deep experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution modeling, and marketing analytics best practices, you will act as the analytical partner within the Data team for teams across marketing, growth, and finance-turning complex data into clear recommendations and business impact. Your tasks: Design, run, and improve Marketing Mix Models to quantify the impact of marketing channels across ATL, digital, and CRM Lead development of multi-touch attribution frameworks that go beyond last-click, incorporating algorithmic, probabilistic, or rule-based approaches Partner with external vendors (e.g. Kantar, Meta) and internal stakeholders to align measurement strategies and incrementality tests Translate performance data into channel-agnostic investment insights, helping guide media planning and budget allocation Build clear, trusted dashboards and reports that highlight the why, not just the what Define and monitor key marketing and customer KPIs; identify trends, surface risks, and recommend strategic responses Collaborate closely with CRM, Performance Marketing, Finance, and Analytics Engineering to ensure data quality, model accuracy, and scalable implementation Drive a culture of test-and-learn by supporting geo-experiments, holdout designs, and lift studies across campaigns and audiences Contribute to ZEAL’s growing analytics maturity by sharing best practices, building reusable assets, and partnering and mentoring with other team members What you offer us: A proven track record in marketing analytics in the e-commerce space, with 4–6 years of experience in MMM, attribution, and marketing performance optimization for customer acquisition Hands-on expertise with statistical modeling techniques (e.g. regression, Bayesian methods), causal inference, and experimentation design Advanced SQL skills and fluency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling Familiarity with modern martech and analytics stacks (e.g. Redshift, Google Analytics, Tableau) Experience working across multiple marketing channels (search, social, brand, TV, CRM) and understanding their measurement challenges Ability to communicate complex analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders Experience partnering with external measurement providers and internal engineering/data science teams A collaborative mindset, proactive ownership, and a passion for turning data into decisions What we offer: A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.
