Responsibilities:
Market Orchestration & Execution Coordination (Primary Focus)
1. Coordinate and structure CMD activities across the global PULSE program and local market organizations involved in CMD execution
2. Align and track timelines, milestones, and cross-market dependencies
3. Support market structuring and clustering approaches to enable scalable execution
4. Prepare and support market mobilization and communication activities
5. Structure, maintain, and prioritize country-level CMD backlogs (e.g., via JIRA)
6. Ensure transparent progress tracking and reporting across markets
7. Support alignment and sign-off processes with local stakeholders and data owners
8. Identify risks and dependencies and support escalation and resolution
9. Act as a central coordination layer while execution remains with local market organizations
Governance, Process & Business Rule Enablement
10. Support the setup and operation of CMD governance structures
11. Contribute to the implementation of global CMD standards and data quality criteria
12. Support definition and documentation of business rules (e.g., validation, enrichment, survivorship logic)
13. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of CMD processes (e.g., creation, update, deduplication)
14. Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
15. Facilitate global–local governance alignment, including preparation of escalation topics
Data Quality & Execution Support
16. Track and report on data quality KPIs and support issue resolution across markets
17. Support and coordinate data cleansing and migration activities
18. Ensure follow-up on data quality issues and remediation actions
19. Contribute to continuous improvement of CMD execution and governance processes
Stakeholder Collaboration
20. Work closely with the Global Customer Master Data Governance Lead and key stakeholders across the PULSE program
21. Coordinate with global functions, local market teams, and IT
22. Facilitate alignment across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Compliance
23. Prepare and deliver status updates, reports, and governance materials
24. Support governance forums with structured input and documentation, and ensure alignment with existing data governance bodies
25. Collaborate with IT to support implementation in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MDM (e.g., SAP MDG) environments
26. Use tools such as JIRA and Confluence for backlog tracking, documentation, and collaboration
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
27. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
28. At least 4 years of experience in Data Governance, CRM/MDM environments, or global Rollout/Implementation (CRM/SAP) programs
29. Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and/or MDM solutions (e.g., SAP MDG) is a plus
30. Strong understanding of commercial processes (Sales, Marketing, and Service) in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
31. Demonstrated expertise in master data management, including data cleansing and data migration processes.
32. Proven experience in project coordination, multi-market environments, or cross-functional initiatives
33. Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies in parallel
34. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, cross-functional environment
35. Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with a focus on transparency and execution tracking
36. Fluency in English required; intercultural experience is a plus.
