Your tasks
8. Support of IT projects in the SAP R/3 network environment, e.g. interfaces and system adjustments.
9. Handling communication between the customer and 2nd-level support, including overseeing the processing of tickets.
10. Conducting IT tests
11. User management for the client's SAP processes
12. Performing support tasks in specific project areas
13. Taking on the role of SPOC for end users and customers of the supported applications and projects
Your profile
14. Solid expertise in using SAP R/3 and the PM module
15. Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, S4/HANA, SAP Cloud and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
16. Experience in user administration for SAP R/3 and SAP S4/HANA (Mobile / Backend)
17. Experience in support or in technical operations management
18. Strong customer and service orientation
19. Teamwork skills and a structured way of working
20. Working time model: 39 hours/week
