Manpower Luxembourg is seeking dedicated administrative assistants to support a team of professionals and other administrative/operational/financial assista nt for an European Institution based in Luxembourg.
Job Description:
* Manage the administrative activities of the division.
* Organize internal and external meetings or appointments
* Finalize, distribute, and file documents and reports prepared by the division staff.
* Maintain up-to-date statistics and work plans.
* Ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Collaborate with other administrative assistants within the division and department.
* Organize staff meetings, teleconferences, and other event
* Assist in preparing simple financial reports.
* Handle and process invoices.
* Monitor and record expenses.
* Support the development and maintenance of budgets.
* Provide general support for financial tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor or Master in legal, economics, accounting, or business administration field.
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
* Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
* Proficiency in standard computer tools, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage.
* Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
