Become a part of the Hyatt family and start your career with us as Global Sales Director in our sales department at Hyatt Services GmbH in Mainz. This role is a limited contract of 18 months.

The Role

The Global Sales Director, Leisure & Lifestyle (EAME), drives revenue growth across an assigned account portfolio by proactively managing key leisure accounts and generating transient and group business for Hyatt's global portfolio. The role focuses on strategic account management, business development, and building long‑term client relationships. The position requires regular travel, strong communication skills in German and English, and proven experience with tour operators in the DACH region. Remote work within Germany or office‑based in Mainz is possible.

Your Responsibilities:

Build strong, value‑based customer relationships and identify key decision makers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, sales activities, and revenue‑generating initiatives.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities and re‑qualify existing accounts.
Coordinate and participate in sales missions, client events, trade shows, and fam trips.
Create and execute account‑specific marketing initiatives with internal and external partners.
Monitor performance, analyze market trends, and maintain accurate CRM data.
Lead or support global account teams to maximize revenue and market coverage.
Represent all Hyatt brands and maintain up‑to‑date product and market knowledge.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Ability to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and work effectively in a global environment.
Strong customer focus and ability to identify and respond to client needs.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to prioritize, solve problems, and deliver results under pressure.
Strong organizational and planning skills with reliability and follow‑through.
High level of self‑motivation, drive, and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/sales tools.
